First-class honours degree awarded by the Faculty of
Law of the University of Bologna, Italy, 1989.
Many years’ experience as an honorary exam commission
member in civil law, private law and private comparative
law at the Faculty of Law of the University of
Bologna.
Professor of Private Law at the Faculty of Economics
and Business at the University of Urbino for the academic
years 1992-1993 and 1993-1994.
Member of the IDF association (Milan-based institute
specialising in family law).
Participation in the compilation of the civil and notarial
law section of the Encyclopaedic Law Dictionary conducted
by Professor Francesco Galgano.
Winner of the «Antonio Cicu» prize, instituted by the
University of Bologna relating to the two-year academic
period 1987-1989 and awarded to the young student who
completed the best monographic work on Italian civil
law.
Winner of the «Doctor Luigi Giovannini» prize, instituted
by the University of Bologna relating to the two-year
academic period 1987-1989 and awarded to the author of
the best graduation thesis in commercial law or civil law
at the University of Bologna.
Winner of the scholarship provided by the Notarial
School «Anselmo Anselmi» in Rome in the year 1990, in
memory of Professor Mario D’Orazi Flavoni, and
awarded to the author of the best graduation thesis with
relevance to the work of a notary as public official, as a
private professional practitioner or from a historical perspective.
Attendance of AISA seminars (Association for the Teaching
and Study of Arbitration – School for the Formation
of National and International Arbitrators sponsored by
the University of Bologna) in dates 28, 29, 30 January; 4,
